Tight foreskin

My foreskin is completely closed...even wen its erect...nd its painful as well nd it burns sometimes..

Please advise..

First use steroid cream Flucort N, then go for circumcision

If your foreskin is that tight I advice you to go to your doctor. He has seen this so many times and knows best what you can do about it.

Sounds like a bad yeast infection. Treat with Clotrimazole.

Couldn't it be rather a bad case of phimosis?!

He definitely has phimosis, but the burning indicates a problem needing attention. Yeast is the first suspect. If, after treating 10-14 days, the burning still exists, he probably has a bacterial infection which can be treating with antibiotics. That’s all assuming he hasn’t contracted an STD from unprotected sex. That was no mentioned, so it’s safe to assume it’s a common infection. At this point, based upon his statement, the burning is the issue. Tightness can be addressed later. Lots of success is being had using flesh tunnels as dilators.

Phimosis sounds scary, but it really just means a tight foreskin which can’t be retracted.
