My penis hurts sometimes when I pee,

Mid-underneath of my penis hurts so bad when poked or squeezed gently

Also when I'm asleep and my penis is hard, after being hard , my penis discharges a greenish white substance that I don't know what it is.

Have you indulged in unprotected sex recently? Green discharge sounds like a STD. Get it checked out.

You definitely need to see a doctor and don’t engage in any sexual activity until you get the all clear. As you’re bi I would seriously suggest you always use a condom until such time as you are in a stable monogamous relationship
