MRSA Boils treatment

I am not quite sure if this is how MRSA boils look like. Been developing these kind around my left thigh. What should I do?

Are they really MRSA boils? How to treat them?

Well first off... how long have you had them? Do they secrete any fluids? One of them looks to have scabbed up and on its way to healing. MRSA doesn't heal on its own. This could be some minor fungal infection, or just friction boils from your clothes or skin rubbing together when walking.
