This is the undersided frenulum zone. The 1st Doc explained that he had cut my dark outer-skin ridge to high up because my frenulum was so short for preservation. But that distorts the look of my erections, and gives me excess foreskin sitting on my penis redundantly while flaccid. So this is the area that will be reduced soon in a revision surgery.

The extra skin does not cause any pain, it gives more locomotion for masturbation versus a tight circumcision, but all that skin does make putting a condom on, difficult.
