I am twisting the right-side of my penis, to be viewed. My skin bunches centimeters more than the skin residing in the front. My dark outer-foreskin was not cut in a complete circular direction, but was angled up some, similar to a graphed exponential curve.

The Doc wants to get in and cut out that dark lip of skin, whereas its horizontally even with the dark skin of the front/top part of my penis. Then, pull the slack out of the pinkish inner foreskin, and restitch it to the reduced dark outer skin. This should yield results of a more flattened out and less-slack inner foreskin. Which should aesthetically make my penis look more smoother and neater of a cut✊
