MOLD IN CAR HELP!!

I didnt realize it--but my CAR has a HUGE mold problem INSIDE--it grew in the backseat--so I have been dirving for a couple months now with MOLD in the car..

I am AWARE now that I have a LOT of work to do on the car interior...trying to get rid of it..I have looked this up.. MY MEDICAL QUESTUON is--do I need any anti biotics , blood tests etc to check ME for breathing the car interior mold? Is it like THICK mold on everything--or just SMELLY--SMELLY like MOLD-I dont see any areas with BLACK mold or white mold buld up--but the back is WET..I have to get that DRY and use baking soda/ vinger/ bleach etc...forget the CAR---what about the MOLD I have BREATHED IN?I do NOT have a RASH, a FEVER or CHILLS or any skin irritation. I do have sinus issues---but I had those BEFORE the car mold-probably exacerbated-just wAnt to know what I need t CHECK FOR MEDICALLY/test needed? THANKS
