Penis splitting

Hi, so It’s Been 6 months since I was circumcised, it seemed everything was going perfect, but my penis keeps splitting at the bottom and my it’s always sticky, I have liquid coming outa the top and side, my doctor said it was okay about 2 months in, plus it turtles a lot and not joking I musta lost a few inches can anyone help me coz I’m getting confused and scared lol oh plus sometimes it still bleeds

When it get erected it becomes kinda sticky and like sticks to my skin, makes it awkward and hard to get a erection
