Circumcision surgery- Dry penis

Hello friends, I had circumcision surgery 5 weeks ago. I am washing my penis only with water. Problem is, It is very dry. what to apply on it after bath?

Rub a coat of Vaseline on it after each shower. You will see an amazing difference. You will probably keep it up permanently.

I am doing just the same. Problem is, some white substance (may be soap which comes from the upper half of body) gets accumulated near Frenulum and in that groove around ring.

Don't use Vaseline with a condom. Use only water-based lube.

that is why I was taking an opinion about keeping it a bit moist

I to wanted to try and keep it moist, I do not like the idea of letting it dry out completely. I have been using cocoa butter or medical moisturiser on different days. Coconut oil has been recommended and I will probably try that when the cocoa butter runs out.

Hi jaglad, what's worked best for you so far from what you've tried? I know I'm a fair bit off yet but just gonna prepare stuff for when I heal up

At the minute I am sticking with the Cocoa Butter, just a thin smear each day.

It is working fine so far.

Palmers seems to be about the best.

I will be trying Coconut Oil when the Butter runs out.
