Circumcision Washing ?

So Its 4 Days from when i was circumcised and I've been avoiding washing, but I'm now starting to smell so I'm going to attempt a shower.

Should i wash the wound ? Or try and avoid it. Everything seems to be healing pretty well, had errections at least 3 to 4 times a night, nothing broke abit pain so id say that's good.
