Strange masturbation issue

I am unable to retract the foreskin past the head while flaccid or erect (it is frenulum breve not phimosis so stretching will not help)

The main problem however is that I am unable to masturbate properly. The way to masturbate for people who can't retract their foreskin is to simply rub the glans through the foreskin. This by itself does not stimulate my penis enough to lead to ejaculation which is extremely frustrating. I've tried using lube but it doesn't help. Haven't heard of anyone else experiencing this.

When i had phimosis (had a circumcision 7 weeks ago) i was able to still stretch the foreskin slightly back and forth to stimulate ejaculation. Not sure if that helps.

Im pretty sure their are exercises to make your frenulum longer, just search stretching for frenulum breve.

Their are a couple operations to help with this, but I think you need to consult your doctor before getting either if these, he will probably advise stretches for the frenulum ( you can stretch any skin on your body and it will grow ).

Their is a frenuloplasty or a frenulectomy, the frenuloplasty makes the frenulum longer and the frenulectomy removes it all together, although I don’t know how it would look without it.
