I've hit puberty because my doctor said i had when i got my physical done. I also have urges to masturbate but every time i do, i get to the climax and i have to push real hard. Then when i do clear stuff comes out. Im seriously scared of being infertile.

The doctor said you hit puberty, but there are many stages. It can take some time but you'll get there. Don't know how old you are but give it till you hit 14 , you'll definitely be able to produce semen by then.
