I thought std hardly show up in two days short timeframe? The symptoms usually develop 7days onward after sex? Correct me if I’m wrong.

Yeah most things of this nature take like 4 days minimum to crop up. I'm betting Balanitis/yeast infection. I'd try some clotromizole 1% cream at your local pharmacy or miconozole (monistat) cream 2x a day while you wait to be seen. Can't make it any worse tbh unless u have known allergies to the creams. If it's yeast, you'll see improvement in about 4 - 7 days and should continue the application of cream for 14 days to be SURE the yeast is gone. Try to wear shorts and stuff to also let it air out as much as possible.

Your situation looks like what I had not too long before my recent circumcision (I kept getting yeast infections for months and was tested for everything 16wks after my last sexual encounter and came out completely clear).

If it is yeast/Balanitis u can avoid this in the future by showering after sex, drying off the foreskin completely and trimming down pubes to help dissipate warmth and moisture down there. Your partner should also be checked for a yeast infection though it could be just u sensitive to her natural normal yeast culture and didn't wash off soon enough before they got rampant.

Still recommend seeing a doc tho to be absolutely sure to test!!
