Circumcised 5 days ago. Dry and cracked skin on glans?

Hi all,

I underwent circumcision procedure for severe phimosis.

Today is day 5 and I find that there are dried and cracked skin forming on the glans, more of a toighen outer shell around the glans. When I touch it, I don't feel much sensation due to the toughen skin. The color is translucent. There is very slight peeling too.

I have my follow up appointment in 3 days time but I am curious if any of you guys faced a similar issue on you glans after circumcision?

Yes, im on day 9 and I get this, I think its just a protective layer that forms overnight, its a bit flakey in the mornings and then ok during the day.
