21 and have never retracted foreskin past glans. Uncircumcised and wish to see how to solve it.

Sounds silly, but I honestly never thought about retracting my skin and thought that was something that the cut folks only did. However, recently, when having my first sexual encounter, I experienced discomfort when receiving oral sex because my foreskin had (and still has not) never been pulled entirely back. During this encounter, I experienced heightened sensitivity and discomfort when the tip of my head came in contact with be it the girl’s tongue, lips or hands. The discomfort was so much that nothing proceeded to happen and I made an excuse that we should do it elsewhere. I thought this was normal and was the result of being inexperienced, however, upon recently learning that by this age my foreskin should be able to retract behind the glans without problem, I thought I’d take some action and ask around anonymously before visiting a doctor. So, for those who were in my shoes at some point, how did u manage to pull it behind the glans? Was it through continuous stretching of the skin, like I’ve heard online? Was it the result of a forced tug? Did it only happen after your first full sexual encounter? Did it happen when erect or flaccid? I’d really appreciate your help. I’m at a point where I feel mature enough to seek sexual relationships, however, I’m hindered by this and actually stay away from sex and make excuses about how I’m not ready for a relationship or sex. Thanks, everyone.

The best thing to do is actually visit a urologist and get examined. There you can best determine what the next course of action can be. If you are unable to pull your foreskin back even when flaccid, it is unlikely that stretching will do the trick. If you can pull your foreskin back with ease when flaccid and only unable to do so when erect, then stretching might be something that will work.

The foreskin should retract without any "forced tugs" and separates naturally. Since I don't know the severity of your potential phimosis, all I can say, get examined and take it from there.

I had a problem that i couldnt pull down my foreskin even when flaccid. I was like you and i was avoiding girls because of this problem. If you can pull the skin back when flaccid maybe stretching will do the trick but if you are unable to do it even flaccid then you have to consult an urologist. Maybe for you it is better if you get circumcised. Its the best decision i ever took in my life.

time to get snipped mate. you are 1/20 uncircumcised men. not uncommon. don't fear, I'm 5weeks post-op and it will feel worth it :)

1/20 is the wrong numbers, its more like 1/100.

See a medical professional who can help you determine a proper course of action.

You need to stretch your skin every day for a few months, just do it in the shower every day for five minutes, its best to do it 2 - 3 times though. There are many stretching techniques online, just search stretching for phimosis, and you should see a lot of websites, don’t stretch so its painful their should only be some discomfort. Your doctor my prescribe some topical steroid creams. I advise not getting circumcised! Circumcision should always be your last option. Their are other less serious surgeries to help to loosen the skin.

Relax. Your situation is easily solved by stretching. drelastic.com shows you how. You can also use flesh tunnels available from phimocure.net. Circumcision is not a smart solution as you’d lose your sensitivity.

I was very similar. My first sex was at 23 - late starter. I wasn’t really aware that the foreskin was supposed to pull back and it didn’t anyway soft or hard. It was finally retracted for me by a girl getting on top cowgirl style. It hurt like hell for a minute but it ‘cured’ the issue. I wouldn’t recommend that course of action though as i now realise it could have gone badly and split the skin or snapped the banjo. In your case I would suggest regular gentle pulling back. There are plenty of posts here describing how to do it.

I’d like to thank everyone for your input! I’ve spoken to both my parents and was told not to stress too much about it. My father, who is also uncircumcised, said that the probable cause of this is lack of sexual encounters and neglect over the required stretching that guys should do to their skin. He also had a similar issue before he became regularly sexually activel. Apparently, at birth, and even during my regular early checkups, my doctors said that the length of my foreskin was normal. For now, i’ll Proceed to do the stretching exercises that some of you have pointed towards both in yours posts and the websites that deal with men with tight foreskins and phimosis. If this deals no positive results, i’ll Check with my doctor and see what the course of action should be from there. I’ll check back from time-to-time. Once again, thanks, everyone.

Hi NC23, when I was your age and younger, my foreskin was too tight to go over the glans. This was the case until 6 weeks ago when I was circumcised, this was due to a recurring infection NOT because of the tightness.

I am 55, and from the age of 16, I have never had an issue having intercourse or oral sex, just takes a little more care and the right sized condom. And remind the person you are with not to jerk it back too hard. However, if I’d known about stretching techniques back then, I would have done them. Hope this helps a bit!
