Bump on penis not going away, not sure what or how to treat

I have a bump on my penis that hasn't gone away in over 6 months. I don't think it's an std. It doesn't hurt or itch, but it's definitely concerning because it's not going away. The bump is on the skin and is on the circumcision line. Any help is appreciated.

I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I can't afford insurance, which is the reason I'm seeking help. Possibly someone out there has experienced something similar?
