Update: I still have it and it hasn’t gotten better or worse. Have tried to pop it multiple times but still nothing. When I feel it, it is like a solid little ball. (haven’t had sex so it’s not STD)

Looks like it’s an In growing hair it’s very common and caused by shaving. The best thing to do would be to pop it and pull the hair out it’s not a cyst it has a yellow head on it.
