Red spot on shaft of penis

Not sure if this is the correct place to write this :/

So this morning I woke up and noticed a slightly raised red spot on the shaft of my penis. It stings a little when I touch the spot. I'm still a virgin so it can't be an STI/STD right? I'm just wondering if anyone can diagnose what this is and if it needs treatment. I'm a little worried.

FYI I'm 16 years old.
