Dry skin around the glands
Talk to your GP and he will prescribe some moisturizing cream. Never use treatments that we're not prescribed for you.
It seems that you are suffering from chronic balanitis. This may be due to chemical burns from all the different creams you were using. For this to pass you need to stop applying creams and just wash with warm water only untill the burn heals. Another cause of this that usually get missed is diabetes. We're you ever checked for this?
This is a very distressing and painful problem but suicide is not an answer for this. I don't know anything about you if you are married or whether you are a parrent or a young person but for sure you can't solve your problems in life by bigger mistakes. As a health care professional I met many cases like yours and am being honest and straight with you when telling you this. What you urgently need now is someone who can understand and listen to you. Just understand that problems are what you perceive as problems and nobody can tell you that you or your problems are pathetic. That is not empathy.
I tried to answer the best i can. If you have further questions you can either post here or else pm me. I will try to answer you the best I can
Can u post a photo. It may be ridiculously dry skin or it msy necessarily drying itself which is a part of the post-circ process. It's best to associate descriptive photos with your questions. Everything sounds normal for a 2nd to 3rd week transitioner
