Help - Blood on Day 9

Hey everyone -

Today on day 9, after driving home from an errand, I noticed that I was bleeding quite a bit - probably from a pulled stitch. That said, that immediate area now has a formed a hard ball under the tissue - about the size of a raisin. Is this a “hematoma”? Should I go to the hospital?
