Penis problems

Heya, for as long as I can remember really I've had several issues with my penis. For starters it doesn't look very good (it's angled a solid 20° sideways and there's spots on it which I'm assuming are Fordyce spots) but ok, I've accepted that. However, one big problem is that my glans feels very dry, and when I pull it back it looks cracked even. It hurts to touch. My foreskin doesn't peel back automatically when I get an erection, not sure if that's normal. I shower every day and wash my penis with warm water. I masturbate several times a week, don't really use a lubricant. Still a virgin, 17 years old. I'd rather not go to a urologist so can anyone help me?
