Circumcision Post op 4 weeks and worried whats going on?

Had it done four weeks this friday and after five days I got an infection went to the doctors he give me a prescription for antibiotics for few days . He said it will heal up and stich line which is bumpy only under shaft will go down. well I took all antibiotics and scab went over area where it was infected and it came off by its self and when i looked there's off-white substance still there and when i got erection it stretched and hurt and it got bloodied and theres another worry i have under stich line on the right side of my penis its hard somewhat and theres a bump even when its flaccid I have rang up hospital and secretary she said doctor is on holiday he will be back tomorrow and He will ring you up.
