And is it ok to remove the stitches cause its hard and torn appart

You have nothing to worry about. Sutures used in circumcisions are absorbable and will fall by themself. They usually fall between 10 to 15 days but sometimes they do break before while experiencing erections. There might be some blood on your underwear but don't let this bother you ,just give it time and it will heal without problems
