i am 16 and my penis is still attached to my forskin. do i need to see a doctor... or some exercise will work.. i am able to retract..

Hmm it is kinda hard to understand what you mean by "penis still attached to your foreskin" without a picture or more detailed explanation. Can you provide more information? If you mean you have some skin over your penis glans (head) that might be caused due to swelling. As long as the "end" of the cut foreskin has been stitched to the shaft of the penis, some skin going over the glans isn't really a problem. Swelling will subside and in some cases the foreskin can still cover a little of the edge of the head due to being flacid.

What do you mean by attached? Can you pull the skin back to the groove behind the head even when you’re hard?
