Frenelum after circumsition

Hi people. I am 6 weeks post op and everything is going well. I am just wondering if the frenelumwill go down as it looms like 3 lumps wherethe stitches were and im hoping they will go down as it doesnt look the nicest and is still quite sensative.

I am also 6 weeks post circumcision, mine is very bumpy along the circumcision incision line and frenulum cut. During an erection the flatten out so I am hoping it gets better in time.
