Circumcision Concerns

I was circumcised 4 days ago and am having some complications post op. The right side of the shaft of my penis is swollen over the stitches, causing me some concern. There is some mild bleeding which occurs, the pain in the exposed stitches is excruciating, when they aren't sore they itch and it's overall to sensitive to clean the blood off of. What should I do? Thanks.

Is take time to healing the swelling .. if continues bleeding , you must go back to doctor ..
