Should I wrap my newly circumsized penis with gauze or leave it exposed?

Hi guys, I am 17 and my 12 year old brother is having a problem, He wants to know if he can have his penis exposed to the air, or he should should wrap it in a gauze. And, his penis does not hurt whenever he pees. I was circumsized when I was a baby, so I luckily didn't know what happend.

Exposing it to air could help with the healing process and will help him get used to not having the foreskin anymore. During the day I kept mine exposed. At night I would cover it in gauze because of night time erections, in case it bled. Don't know if that'll be an issue with your brother. But that was my experience at least.

Keep exposed as much as possible, wear loose fitting dressing gown around the house. Use non stick padding in tight pants to reduce movement, and pain, when he wears pants. Vaseline will help stop sticking.
