Ejaculation Problem (Really rare) (Doctors can't help me)

So one day i ejaculated twice the first time was fine and then the second time i did it all the fluid didn't come out and i felt really strange in my head and there was pressure and now 1 year later i still have the pressure (it got worse a week ago when i ejaculated again and all the fluid didnt come out) i was going to mri scans neurologist and urologist and they all said nothing was wrong should i go to other doctors beacuse i think they are lying the urologist said penis has nothing to do with the brain yet i cannot concentrate like before and my memory is not that good like before it is ruining my life did anyone else have this problem or does this have to do something with puberty please help me my brain dosen't feel the same like a year ago and im scared if i do it once more a blood vessel will pop in my brain or something like that.or do i have Urethral Stricture should i test myself for that thanks so much if you help me
