Whats wrong with my penis?

I have some infection Its itching tingling and some deposit on it and a lot more i have consulted many doctors. 2 doctors sais this is wrapping balanitis, 2 sais candida infn, 2 said dermatitis. 3 said theres onthing wrong. whats the truth?

A Urologist should give you the correct diagnosis. If it was me I would try each possible cure, one at a time. Candida should be cured by Cannestan or similar Dermititis ? Try mild soap or even something simple like changing your clothes washing product and underwear may show results.

but I went to urologist also the former one said there's nothing wrong with me before 2 months. Now a urologist said I better go circumcision or clean penis everyday upto 15 days and another urologist said I should undergo lazer treatment. Do you know about lazer treatment for foreskin dermatitis. or whoever knows please help me

There are different types of Dermatitis and some are treatable with laser. You would have to do some research to find if it is suitable in your case. Cleaning the penis everyday is no bad thing but use very mild soap, such as baby soap or emollient lotion. Just plain water will help. As with any surgery make sure it is right for you before going ahead. If it was me I would try all suggestions before resorting to surgery.

Sorry I have no idea of the effects of laser on the skin. I would think your Dr would explain all possibilities before any surgery.
