Sleep after circumcised

Hi I have just been circumcised last Thursday and so far everything has been ok I’m walking around more but the only problem is sleep. Last night I decided to try to sleep on my stomach and see how it feels but I felt little pain when I woke up this morning. My question is when is it ok to sleep on your stomach?

I normally sleep on my stomach as well, however I have been forcing myself to sleep on my back (5 days since OP). What keeps me up at night right now is not the position I am sleeping but the tenderness, hypersensitivity, and waking up to erections. If you feel you have healed long enough and there is no risk for you to open your incision then go ahead and sleep on stomach.
