I have undergone circumcision on 28 Feb 2018. I feel little bit irritated while wearing undergarment and walking.

I have small bulge and water like substance leaks slowly near fernulum. I could see most part got recovered. I am comfortable riding car and do small physical activity. Stitches had not gone completely. Also I could see some yellow layer sticks to head of penis. Open area is very sensitive to hot water but not to cold. How to clean the yellow layer ? Is it normal ?

Sounds normal. Soap and water and keep it dry. Use Vaseline on the head before you put underwear on. There are many posts on here referring to your question. Best of luck.

4 weeks after circumcision, I don't have any bulges now. Most of the stitches have gone and even the back part of fernulum got healed completed. Little part of stitches still there and i hope it will be become normal soon

Depends on the yellow layer. Some yellowish liquid can be normal during healing. But if it is cloudy yellow, accompanied by redness in that particular area, foul smell, pain and you might have fever it could be an infection, however unlikely that is.

You've been almost two weeks after procedure so you can have short showers or put your penis under running warm water. You can also use salt baths (slight disinfection and helps healing a bit) but it can be slightly irritating at times. Chamomile tea is usable as well. Don't soak for more than 3 minutes however.

Try to clean after every time you use the bathroom (pee) or when you thing the yellowish layer needs cleaning.

Man those salt baths sting like a mf’er. I did it a few times and then stopped doing it
