Unexplained Fatigue

Hi,

I am 43 years old male from India.I had a fever last week accompanied by runny nose and sore throat etc (i am used to getting a fever atleast once in every 3 months...!).I got recovered in one week and felt normal for one day.The fever symptoms were gone,but I am feeling unusually tired now.(The feeling is like...i am able to do work....but i dont want to...).This is not normal for me.I dont usually take medicines during these fevers and they go on their own.I took one paracetamol tablet during last day of fever as i had a headache.This is the only medicine i took during the fever.I am not able to find the reason for this fatigue.It is going on for last 2 days without any symptoms of fever.I am not bed ridden and i can do things..but this tired feeling is always there.Is this something I need to be concerned with?

You are better taking two paracetamol, that is the usual dose, I think every 6 hours. Vitamins may help, particularly Vitamin C. Maybe you do just need a rest ?
