I have a kidney transplant 18 months and have developed bad diarrhea last to nights mostly at night and in the morning

I presume you are on special medication to keep the transplant healthy. If you have diarrhoea you might not be absorbing the medication properly

Speak to your healthcare team as a matter of urgency!

Thank you it seems to have gone today now we see how the night goes I'm in for the 2 month checkup in the morning anyway

My partner takes a fist full of meds to keep her relevant levels balanced , some of her meds have given her the same and other issues. Talk to your transplant care team and they will consider similar meds which may be less troublesome.
