So I just had my surgery last week and I’m not sure if the swelling I have is normal. It’s like super puffy above where the sutures are. There’s also minor spots of blood, not sure if that should be happening a week after surgery. When should I expect the sutures to fall off or dissolve? My doctor wasn’t every thorough after the procedure. Also, ever since the surgery I get erections all the time and it’s super painful and I feel like the stitches are going to rip out. I’ve always had a super senstitive dick but now it’s like sensitive to the max. The third day I got so hard that just with the pressure against my briefs I ejaculated. And this worries me because I know I should keep the wounds dry right? Well that’s already happened 5 times already and I don’t know what to do. Today at work I got hard out of nowhere and I got up to walk around to take my mind off of it and that made it worse because after a few steps I ejaculated and it was so awkward because I could feel it in my pants and I’ve never cum so much or so hard before. Also, when I pee it’s like not an even stream as before and I notice that once I’m done peeing once I wipe and put on my underwear I feel like a drop or two of urine comes out a little. Has anyone experienced this?

Bleeding is quiet normal for first couple of weeks as long as it's nothing major.

I had never been able to pull my skin back so was also super sensitive when it was first exposed to the Open Air.

But the first three to four weeks whenever I walked just like you my penis would constantly produce pre-cum as if it was trying to lubricate itself and stop it drying out.

My main issue with the stitches which were supposedly dissolvable.

After two weeks they were causing me severe discomfort so I visited the nurse at my GP practice where she removed them straight away.

She told me that after two weeks the stitches had done their job and it was not a problem to remove them.

The problem with erections being uncomfortable and feeling like the stitches are going to burst is extremely normal but this will ease severe Lee wants the stitches are either dissolved or removed.

At 1 week post-op are you are all the things you explain in your post seem normal and you should not worry.

The sensitivity can take months to calm down but please be ensured that it will in time.

You've probably read some posts where people stayed that sex and masturbation is not as good as it was before.

This is certainly not the case for me as I'm now having sex and masturbating again and it feels absolutely amazing better than ever before.

Thanks for that info man, I appreciate it. Yeah I precum all day and it’s fucking weird. Today, I wrapped it in gauze and put a condom over it just in case if I ejaculate again (I did twice). So I came prepared aand had extra gauze in my back pack. Yea man, hopefully this sensitivity wears off soon because it’s really awkward.
