Stitches popped open after a circumcision

Hi guys! So I underwent a circumcision last Tuesday and all went well until yesterday morning when I think two of my stitches popped open and of course as a result the would bled - I'm talking about the right side of the ring when the stitches are.

So now this area hurts (no bleeding since then), the ring is no longer symmetrical on both sides and the glans are slightly pointing at 7 o'clock (not the usual flaccid 6 o'clock if you know what I mean).

Since my Urologist who is also my surgeon is out of state right now, I'm going to a local hospital to see an Urologist to take a look at that.

My question is, did it happen to someone here and if it did, how did you deal with it?

Stitches popping too soon is fairly common/normal and usually not a huge deal. Generally you go back to your doc to determine whether it needs restitching or not and will heal on its own.
