Circumcision wound cleaning

I had a circumcision 6 days ago.

I just want to make sure I'm cleaning my wound correctly and sufficiently.

Can't seem to shift the white bits underneath.

Does this look ok?

Usually running it under warm water should do the trick and be fine. If you can you can use a wet tissue to gently clean the penis glans. White stuff is OK, use a wet tissue to attach it and remove, it should stay on the tissue. It doesn't hurt but don't press too hard.
