Any ideas how to get rid of rash inner thigh

I have a rash on my inner thigh. Can anyone reccomend anything to help

Hiya formula1lover,I hear you.i have really inflamed skin there most of the time,I've been told in my case,it's eczema.ive had it decades.Ideas for you,I rub on dermol lotion on both legs and massage it in to cool the area down.Ideally,try to do this at least twice a day,change your underwear daily,wash the area at least once a day and towel dry properly but softly.If you're on prescription meds,ask your gp to put it on repeat so you've always got a pot at the ready.Gd luck.

It does look like a fungal infection which you could give to a partner, so check with your doctor, but anti-fungal cream is likely to be worth a try - athlete's foot cream should do it. Take toyr photo to the pharmacy.
