I have three balls in my scrotum.

I am 15 years old and I recently noticed that my scrotum looks odd.

There is a medium sized, hard egg-ish shaped ball (bigger than my testicles) in the left side of my scrotum, which seems to have displaced my left testicle, as I feel a soft ball at the bottom of my scrotum (presumably my left testes). This has led to my scrotum sack extending further down than normal.

I already hit puberty around 2 years ago but did not ejaculate yet, and never masturbated to try and ejaculate. I do not have an undescended testicle.

I have searched online but did not find any similar symptoms. I am afraid this might mean I have testicular cancer.

What are your thoughts? If the chances of it being anything serious are low, can I postpone the doctor visit to when I'm 18 as I'm a bit embarrassed of telling my parents. (I know I shouldn't be and this is probably serious but I'm still asking anyway).

Absolutely do not postpone the visit to your doc. Get an appointment with a urologist as soon as possible. Tell your parents you need to see a urologist asap, if they ask you why tell them its a rather personal issue and that you are worried and want to speak to a doctor. They should understand.

If there is a lump in your testicles that should not be there then you need to consult a urologist asap.

See your doctor pronto.

Book doctors appointment today! No ifs, no buts! These things need checked sooner rather than later.

I have them every so often they are usually cysts but get an appointment to see your doctor to get them examined and an accurate diagnosis.

As a healthcare professional I advice you to see a urologist immediately. Prevention is better than cure and it would be wiser to see a dr who tells you that it might be a siple thing rather than postponing and get a far worse diagnosis later.

Hi,

I had the same problem nearly your age (I was 12) and I never dared to go see a doctor but couple years later I finally did it and it wasn't that serious, THANKS GOD, so I advice you to go see a doctor because all these years I had this fear with me that it could be a cancer or something worse or I always asked myself if I'm gonna die???

believe me I've been exactly where you are right now with shame so just go see a doctor and get it over with.

Take care!
