Penile Bridge on Uncircumcised Penis?

I've been reading around recently and was masturbating and tried to pull back my foreskin to masturbate but it hurt a lot. I knew that there was a little bit of skin from my foreskin attached to the glans right by the urethra opening. I'm 18 years old and didn't realize that it's not normal to have the foreskin attached to the head. It is not a bother unless the foreskin is pulled back too far while flaccid or when it's pulled back a bit while erect, where it'll hurt a lot and turn red.

What can I do about this? I don't want to be circumcised.

EDIT: After a bit of further research and talk with some friends, I've come to the conclusion that what the actual issue is that my frenulum is just a bit overly sensitive and that I shouldn't really have anything to worry about right now. I wasn't really aware that the frenulum was a thing but a friend showed me some diagrams and I thought (oh wow, yeah that's right). Like I said before, I don't have much to worry about but if anything ever changes in the future I can consider a frenuloplasty.

Hi I’m 17 and was recently circumcised for what sounds like the same problem I noticed it first years ago but was too awkward to say anything but about 2 months ago I started realising that I was gonna start having sex soon and I couldn’t because it hurt to pull back so it needed to be done. Your foreskin is attached right at the urethra opening whereas mine was completely attached to the glans so a circumcision was the only way for me but the doctor did tell me that if my foreskin wasn’t as tight he could’ve prescribed steroid cream that I could use at home every night to move the foreskin by itself and no surgery is needed.

What I would recommend is going to your doctor and seeing what he says but I would prepare myself for the possibility that you may need to be circumcised.

Hope this helps!
