i would say you need it chopped. get it checked out by your gp and he’ll refer you to a urologist. honestly you’ll be so glad you did it afterwards. i just wish i’d done mine sooner

difficult to tell from a photo' but try stretching or steroid creams before resorting to circumcision. Everyone is different but for me I wish I never needed the Op'.

Yeah you sure do I had that exact same problem my foreskin just wouldn’t go back. You could do with going to a doctor and letting them have a look they will either give you creams with steroids in supposed to help or refer you to a urologist.

I had something similar, I was referred to the local hospital. They gave me antibotics and it loosened up again. I think they called it an unspecified infection.

It isn’t bad, so stretching should be easy. If you stick to the schedule of four times per day, it should sort out in about six weeks. Do whatever you can to save your foreskin. It’s there to protect the glans against abrasion.

Try all available creams, problem is the doctors start off with the least potent creams and gradually provide you with stronger creams, instead of providing you with the best available first off, no doubt you want the matter resolved quickly, do not rush this decision, stick with the creams, if they work for you. Beyond that, I don't know what the dorsal slit procedure involves or how much foreskin that saves but that was an option (not fully explained to me), read as many forums as you can to get the full picture prior to any decision about a procedure. Bear in mind the removal of vital nerve endings which once removed cannot be replaced. Don't be afraid to ask Doctors for second opinions prior to any final decision.

Check out phimocure.net. You appear to be an excellent candidate for employing their product.
