My penis is micro and I can't release sperm?

Hi, I'm 18 and I can't release sperm like most guys do. One day in health class, I noticed that my penis was way smaller than the diagrams same with my testicles. It made me sad. Does anyone have some info on how to grow and how to release sperm?

Unfortunately you can’t grow a penis, the only Way you could get it bigger is an operation.

Size is all relative so do not worry about that, but if you do not ejaculate from sex or masturbation then you may have an issue. In this scenario I would speak to your Doc or health professional.

You may be experiencing retrograde ejaculation, a condition in which your semen goes into your bladder. Some prescription drugs can cause this. Talk to your doctor about it.

You need to see an endochrinologist you may be having this problem due to hormone imbalance. If this is the case your gonad size might grow to normal size when this problem is solved
