Male vesctomy

I had the operation last friday 28/20/17. The operation went well.

It seems like I have a lump on the left side, I am not sure if that is part of swelling still? Feels like someone has kicked me there. I can’t cross over my legs or lie on my stomach as it’s uncomfortable. Is this Normal?
