Okay so its day 9 and i think i've been showering propley, by not allowing my penis from directly touch the water pressure from the shower...i just use my hand to reduce the water pressure...the issue i have tho is that im unable to clean the bottom as i still don't feel safe lifting my penis to wash there and it still hurts when i touch there! Help plz!

Sounds normal. Give it time.
That’s normal I had the same problem the bottom is pretty much the only part still a little sore for me and I’m on week 3 but ..in the first 2 weeks I took baths until I felt comfortable enough to take a shower
I was showering mine on day 4 all over. It's fine don't worry about it.
