Red Irritated Meatus

For about two weeks now the left side of my meautus (the opening of the urethra) has been red and irritated. I know it's not an STD because I'm still a virgin. It happened after masturbation that I guess was a bit rough. I figured it would be gone by the morning but yet it's there. I should mention that I have hypospadias and have had repair surgery (this is a condition where the opening of the penis is in the wrong plane at birth) so my meatus is much more open the regular people's. This redness on top of my hypospadias has made me depressed because I feel ill never find a sexual partner. Any suggestions to get rid of this redness?
