Chronic prostatitis

I have been suffering chronic pelvic pain for four yeras now. I dont have pain with urinating but constant perinum pain is the problem. No medicine seem to be working. I have tried antibiotics ,saw palemetto and querctin. Dont have an any result. My semen culture has becone positive with morganella marganii.desperate to get relief from this.pls anyone hv any idea
