It’s normal I had a little spotting for up to a week I noticed it really came when I woke up with and erection .. I would just clean the area with water and unscented soap and put some neosporin on it I’m now going on week three and all my stitches are pretty much dissolved and the swelling is gone I’m about 80% healed

Hey don't worry as it is normal. Bleeding happen or the first few days and when you erect, and the hardest part is in the morning. Good luck to you and stay strong for 2-3 weeks.
