I'm 26y never had any issues with my testicles yet thankfully altho my right testicle (just the right one) seems to rotate from time to time like a 180 flip. Doesn't cause any pain and usually flips back on it's own. longest it's ever done it was for 3 days. Still freaks me out tho and I'm curious if this is common with other men?
I've only started noticing a few months back, so who knows how long it's been doing it. It creeps me out every time and torsion is a big concern. I'm going for an ultrasound next month for something else I may ask them to take a look there while they are at it and make sure it's ok. I guess if no pain in the testicles then it shouldn't be an issue :/
