post circumcision bandage problem

Hi,

I had a circumcision on monday, the bandages began to fall off tuesday aft/eve.

But a small part is still there/stuck. I don't want to put too much pressure on it but don't want it to become infected either. I had the glue procedure. What should I do, will it naturally fall off?

(I was told not to rebandage it)

Thanks.

Your doctor would have advised about bathing. Follow those instructions. The bandage should come off in the bath.

I had stitches and the bandage fell off the same evening with no issues. Shallow baths with baby bath helped to keep clean. Do not put any pressure on. I used melonin bandages. They are shiny on one side so do not stick. I just placed this down my pants to stop rubbing. You should be able to contact the ward where procedure was carried out for advice.

Good Luck.
