I have tight foreskin to the point which I can not pull any of it back and is completely attached. I have no issue when masturbating and have never experienced anymore than very slight uncomfort when urinating. But I worry I may have issues in the future. Is this an issue?

Although it's not a problem at the moment it most likely will develop into a problem in the future due to hygiene.

Best to see your GP and go from there, be prepared for them to recommend a circumcision.

Hi had a similar problem when I was around 40 to the point where the skin started to crack around the foreskin. After much deliberation, I choose to be circumcised. I can report that there is nothing to fear and I wish I had just had it done when the problem arose. You also have the benefit of being able to compare sexually. Because the head of the penis is now exposed all the time, there is some decrease in sensitivity. Physically it is a simple operation and you recover quickly. The biggest issues are Pyschological leading up to deciding to have the operation. It is nothing to worry about
