op gone wrong

Hi,sitting on my bed,just phoned 111 help line for advice,had circumcision 8 weeks ago,got infection and spent week in hospital,sent home 2 days later back for another week,sent home again last week with antibiotics,went back Monday in total pain,bleeding penis red raw,told by a consultant that the operation did not go to plan,8 weeks later,sent home with a cream and they must think its a wonder cream,its done nothing,the pain now as I'm posting this is going through the roof and I don't no what to do,my lower body is numb with pain, shall I call an ambulance. any comments.thanks
