Can anyone help

I am a 18, I cannot not pull my foreskin back and when I do it hurts a little but I don't want to force it, also when I ejaculate it doesn't (shoot) out like it's suppose to. Can some one help ?

Now you only need to keep the area clean , use pipe water while bathing . Before marriage meet an Urologist to know , you may need a circumcision - a half day operation . See my earlier notes on this subject in this forum .

if your foreskin hurts a little bit when it is strecthed back, and even more if your ejaculation spurt is somewhat disturbed by the narrowness of your foreskin, I advice you to go to a good andrologist. You are 18, your foreskin should be able to be put back in order to uncover your glans entirely. Maybe some creams and exercises may help you, or maybe some surgery. Today there exsist surgery tecniques that can spare a large part of your foreskin, so that you are not obliged to be fully circumcised. Your narrow foreskin may also not allow you to clean the space between the foreskin and the glans, where the so called "smegma" (something like a white creamy material) accumulates physiologically, but it is healthful to remove such an accumulation when you wash yourself. Your penis is important. Take care of it. Go to a good andrologist. Your sexual activity will ameliorate a lot. Trust me.
